My son got into some paint and stained one of his shirts. To be honest I've been waiting for a really good stain to give this a try. My friend Jessi
sells cute appliqued tee's in her shop and I've been wanting to try one.
- He picked out what he wanted on it. (I let him look through some Mini Boden and
Chasing Fireflies catalogs to get an idea. I love that he chose a spider, Halloween is coming!)
- I took some black cotton jersey fabric and ironed some interfacing on the back.
- Drew a spider on the back and cut it out.
- Placed it on the tee so it covered the stain
- Pinned it and sewed around the edge twice.
He says it's his favorite and he never wants to take it off.
